Notification
of cancellations/amendments can be accepted via letter, fax, or e-mail
only but they will not be guaranteed.
The following
scale of charge will be applied depending on the time when the
notification of cancellation is received. |

notification of cancellation is received after sending the confirmed
hotel's voucher : US$15 will be charged for our administration fee. |

Low Season
Period :
May 1 until October 31 for all destinations & May 1 - July 15
|

Any
cancellations made more then 7 working days* prior to check-in date,
5% of total room price will apply for handling fee. |

Any
cancellations made 7 working days* (or less) prior to check-in date
or in the case of NO-SHOW, one night penalty plus handling fee (5%)
willl be charged. |

Amendment
need to be made not less then 5 working days* prior to check-in date
(in case of emergency, please contact our reservation directly). |

We will not
responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/
amendments without confirmation from our side. |
